Instant Ape-i-ness!!!

First thing that came to my mind was monkes and apes having a gigantic wild orgy of a tea party. haha, really fun song to listen to and so addictive!

...now if only you made it longer... so that the fun lasts longer...

Yummy!

Nice easy relaxing song. Very enjoyable!

Kamikazi1 responds:

Thanks man, glad you enjoyed it :)

A rare Melodic Trance Gem!

Most trance i listen to are so predictable, but not yours. I can tell you have put a lot of effort into this piece because there are so many sounds and it never ceases to get boring.

One minor thing was that I was expecting more oomph! Like a more punchy bass. You've done a good job with sounds in the higher frequencies and the lower end seemed a bit confusing. Initially at around 1 minute to 1.50, i thought the bass was a bit muddy, it then sort of disappeared but then made another appearance. the bass drum i thought could have more punch as well.

However, from about 3minutes onward, it became very exciting.

Nonetheless, I really like this piece because it has so much variation and thought that sets itself apart from other trance pieces. Keep it up.

Being-Glass responds:

In previous versions the song was more bass driven with the kicks instead of melody driven.

if you would like to hear that version just send me a pm with your email.

Thank you for your review, it helps for when I will be going to make the final version of this track to be released on my next album.

Sounds muddy.

Even though the way you remixed it is quite catchy, i think the way the sounds come together could have been better.

I found it the bass too dominating and that it really drowned most of other elements of the song. The vocal could have been raised a bit t make it stand out more. And the song seems a bit mono for some reason, maybe you could pan certain elements in the mix to the right/left to make it more interesting?

But i have to say i love whatever you've done to the vocals. The instruments you used were also quite interesting and makes this version more exciting and tense.

kudos for this release!

Not bad.

I haven't heard the original song that you are trying to remake, but basing my initial listen on your version, the music is not bad. the way it is arranged and mixed is pretty well done.

i think i had a glimpse of your real voice on one part of the song where the auto-tune/vocoder effect were not so pronounced and i think the song would have worked more effectively without all the fancy effects on the voice. If that little glimpse was your real voice, than I would really encourage you to show it off more!

Lithorph responds:

The voice is a vocal taken from a vocal pack that the real artist showed that he had used. And i had to rearrange all the notes on her voice so they will match the bassline and melody, thats why the voice gets all autotuned ^^
Thanks for your review <3

Chilling!

i found the script chilling, and i really didnt expect a monologue in the audio portal. Nonetheless, i listened to its entirety. i like the irony that is raised in the script, even though the ideas in the script have been debated before, you were able to compose a nice interesting script for it.

however there is a slight annoyance. Even though the performance was good and the script nicely written, the voice of the narrator recorded by a bad mic does not do this piece of work justice. the voice is too thin for listening in comfort.

anyhow, good job for posting something different.

BrokenPaw responds:

Thanks but I didn't write the script.

Amazing!

I really like this piece. Absolutely loved it then the drum and the strings first come in. And the sound of everything is so full and thick like silk. WOW!

Gravey responds:

Thank you very much.
